Town House Style condominium Inspections include those units that typically mimic small houses that may be attached to several similar units. These Inspections will include a detailed review and Inspection of unit interior, treated just like a single-family home. If the unit is situated in a single building with four or less units: The exterior and roofing Inspections will cover the entire building, subject to the Limitations put forth in our Standard Agreement, and excluding any attached decks/porches that are property of other units.

Typical Inspection time: 1.5 - 2.0 hours
